"Peter Robson's Story Time Bear' book, was a project that was commenced over 25 years ago and now brought to reality. Peter created the concept and the paintings for this book and Eleanor Robson & John Peowrie composed the poems which accompany each illustration. The book was not published at that time as we were simply involved with other committments and commission work for Peter, so it was literally shelved for all these years.
After Peter passed away in 2014, Eleanor & Steve decided to publish this loving tribute to children everywhere. It took over a year and a half and, with the charming graphic design by Shelley McVittie, we are very proud of it.
It was always Peter's intention to donate the funds generated by the sales of this book to children and the Special Care Nursery of our St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital seemed a perfect fit to which Peter Robson Studios donated 100 percent of the net proceeds of the sale of the limited first edition (2,000 copies).
The price of the book was $20.00 and with the purchase of the first edition, you receive a voucher for a COMPLIMENTARY unframed print of any of the illustrations featured in the book.
